The staff were super friendly and heaps helpful, but the breakfast was pretty average and the room had some wear and tear. Chur for the comfy bed!

The kettle had a milk smell, frustrating for my needs as a parent. The room didn't quite match the pictures and showed considerable wear and tear, including a wonky lamp and a malfunctioning door card cover. The breakfast quality fell below expectations, compelling us to seek meals elsewhere .

The room was beautifully decorated with a warm ambiance, and I was like I was nestled in a cozy retreat. The accessibility was commendable.

Family-friendly hotel for busy travelers

The breakfast was pretty decent, it had a good mix of simple and nice dishes and the staff were super attentive to our baby's food requests, made it so much easier on us. We also found Mr Saif from the tour company they recommended to be an amazing guide. He took us places we never would've found on our own, really added to the experience.

It wasn't exactly a bargain,, but considering the overall quality, I'm okay with the price.

The stay was quite enjoyable with a fantastic central location and very clean surroundings. I loved the convenience of having complimentary Arabic coffee and dates in the lobby to enjoy while relaxing. The staff were helpful, making sure our requests were met, such as accommodating our late check-out. Although the breakfast was below average and the toaster was not functioning well, the overall experience was positive, especially with the well-maintained communal areas that included a nice pool and steam room for relaxation.

Central location with perfect service

They were always eager to assist, whether it was accommodating our late check-out or delivering extra bottled water to our room. The rooftop swimming pool was a nice touch, perfect for a quick dip, but could use some refreshing as it felt a bit warm. While the breakfast had a decent variety, I believe a few more options would make it even better.

I appreciated the hotel's central location. The well-decorated public areas were inviting, and I found it easy to navigate around the hotel, especially convenient for my mobility needs.

Enhanced accessibility features would be beneficial.

We enjoyed exploring the nearby beaches and the kids loved the pool. The staff were attentive, and the complimentary coffee in the lobby was a good perk. Plus, the location was ideal.

My children wished for more family-friendly activities available.

I stayed in a Superior King Room that was beautifully clean and inviting! The spacious room made it easy to unwind, and I loved the complimentary Arabic coffee and dates available in the lobby. The friendly staff were really nice, accommodating our late check-out request, made our departure stress-free!

The room was spacious and very clean, with a comfortable bed that was perfect for restful nights. It was equipped with a mini bar, a nice desk for working, and strong Wi-Fi, made online tasks easy. Plus, there were plenty of toiletries and bottled water provided, so we never had to worry about running out. The communal areas, including the pool and steam room, were well-maintained, and the complimentary Arabic coffee and dates in the lobby were a lovely touch!
